Mysterious noises disturb the inhabitants of Cipolletti and Neuquén
The neighbors of Cipolletti and Neuquén Capital woke up this morning worried, when a strong and inexplicable noise began to be heard on both cities, next to each other. The sound seemed to come from the horn of an elephant, but it is clear that in the Upper Valley there are not many such animals originating in Africa and India.
